Upon completion, it would be a mixed-use 5-story glass and steel luxury building with junior 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom condos, and of course nearly 29,200 SQFT of commercial space. The ground floor consists of 2 huge 3-bedroom condos,  as well as 2 other smaller lofts and the grocery market, which would serve the residents and the community.

555 Fulton St Parking:

Per SF planning document dated Oct 2013, there would be a total of 148 on-site parking spaces at 555 Fulton St, with 68 spaces assigned to the condos and 77 spaces assigned to the grocery market.

1-bedroom and junior 1-bedroom condos don’t come with a parking spot, while almost all of the 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom condos feature a 1 car garage space. There will also be 117 Bike parking spaces in the building.
