The site is a former 22-car surface parking lot with an aaprox. 34 feet of frontage. After the plans to build 27 unit (80 feet high) faced objections from the neighbors and got disapproved by the city planning, the plans were revised for a building which had 7 less units and was 20 ft. shorter. According to the architect, 832 Sutter is clad in “Resysta and Vivix rain-screen systems”.
