The Austin SF at 1545 Pine Street is a 103-unit 12 story mixed-use high rise condo building located right on the border of Lower Pacific Heights and Nob Hill; a bustling area called Lower Polk or Polk Gulch, and a stone’s throw from the Whole Foods Market, the Mid-Market Tech hub, and The Rockwell at 1688 Pine St New Development. The San Francisco Association of Realtors® classifies the neighborhood as Van Ness/Civic Center.
The Austin SF is being built on the site of existing one and two story buildings – between 1527 to 1545 Pine Street – including a former transmission shop. The Austin at 1545 Pine St changed hands from Trumark Urban to Pacific Eagle, while nothing major changed about the building design.
Upon completion, The Austin SF will feature Studios, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom condos, as well as approximately 2,800 SQFT of retail space and a community based art gallery on the ground floor.
