One Mission Bay is located in the heart of San Francisco’s Mission Bay Neighborhood, on a triangle lot at the corner of 3rd, 4th and Channel Streets at 1000 Channel Street, which used to be the parking lot D for San Francisco Giants. One Mission Bay is designed by “Arquitectonica” – the same architect behind the well-known “Lumina” – and consists of a 16-story high rise building – also called the “Tower” – and a 6-story mid rise building – also called the “Park” building.
